Upcoming Events for 2010 

 

January 8th - Open House

  • We will have an open house after the new studen'ts orientation.  Come and sample a few appetizers, talk to the chefs and also the students about our programs.

January 11th - New Classes Begin

  • We will start new classes in the Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts Diploma Program.

     

Previous Events for 2009

 

  • Last Quarter the Culinary Academy of Austin celebrated it's 10th year in business with an open house on July 10th.  We were very excited to see so many people come and help us celebrate our past years of success.

  • We would like to thank our fellow chefs and students from Belgium for all thier help at our anniversary celebration!

  • August  15 - 23  We had the International Wine Guild here giving two class.  One was a weekend seminar class and the other a week long advanced wine class.

HALLOWEEN OPEN HOUSE

  • Friday the 30 of October, 5pm we will be having a GOOLISH time here at the academy with our new pastry students and anyone else who dares to show up!!  Light "Delights" will be available along with our entire staff!  All CAA Alumni are welcome to attend.

     

The Fall Quarter 2009

 

  • November 2, 2009     Start Date for new students in our Pastry Arts Program
