Pastry Arts

The Pastry Arts Diploma Program consists of 618 hours (6 months) of baker/pastry training. It is designed to give students a solid foundation to the Pastry Arts and prepare them for entry to mid-level jobs as a pastry assistant. This is further achieved by the 120 hour externship required of each student. The Pastry Arts Program is also an ideal course for non-professionals who wish to improve and extend their pastry skills and knowledge.
