Students-At-Large

Students-At-Large are defined as students who are not seeking a diploma/certificate. Students-At-large may be accepted for individual courses, programs or one of the four blocks of the Professional Culinary Arts Program – Introduction, Batterie de Cuisine, Cooking Methods, and BakeShop. As a student-at-large that individual would not need to take the tests, be counted for attendance, or fulfill the externship hour requirements of that particular course or program. They would not receive a certificate.

Admission into a block, course or program as a student-at-large is provisional and evaluated by CAA on a case-by-case basis.
