The mission of the Culinary Academy of Austin is to educate and train students effectively and efficiently for employment in the foodservice career field and to provide our graduates with viable employment opportunities that are commensurate with the expertise Culinary Academy of Austin has afforded them.

This mission is attained by:

  • Providing small class sizes (15 students to 1 instructor) for more individual attention.
  • Plenty of time in a commercial kitchen perfecting the techniques that is taught.
  • Affordable tuition.
  • Four day a week classes affording student’s time for career progress.
  • Employing instructors that have a minimum of 10 years in the foodservice profession and have held the title of Executive Chef.
